About these terms

These terms apply to bespoke commissions, stone sourcing and heritage resets undertaken by STUDIO GALI, London. The specific details of each commission are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

Quotes

Every commission is quoted individually. A quote sets out the stone, metal, design and price agreed, and remains valid for the period stated on it.

Payments

• A non-refundable £300 sourcing fee begins the search for your stone and is credited toward your commission.
• Your chosen stone is secured with full payment before the design begins.
• The setting is paid once you approve the CAD render, before crafting begins.

Design approval and changes

Nothing is made until you approve the final CAD render. Changes requested after approval may affect the timeline and cost, and we will confirm any such change with you first.

Timelines

Most commissions take 10-12 weeks. Timelines are estimates, and we will keep you informed should anything affect yours.

Heritage jewelry

We take great care with every item entrusted to us. How your jewelry will be held while in our care is confirmed in writing before we accept it.

Returns

As every bespoke creation is made to your specification, commissions cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights should a creation be faulty.

Delivery

Creations are presented in person in London or delivered by fully insured, signature-required courier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
