A little care keeps every creation at its best for generations.
Everyday wear
Remove your jewelry before exercise, swimming, gardening or household cleaning, and put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush will restore the brilliance of most diamonds and set gemstones. Rinse well and dry with a soft cloth. Some colored stones need gentler care, and your care guidance will note this where it applies.
Storage
Store each creation on its own, ideally in its presentation box, so that stones and metal do not touch.
Checks
Settings can loosen gradually with wear. We recommend having your jewelry checked periodically, and we are always glad to advise.
Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every creation. Should a manufacturing issue arise, please contact us and we will put it right. Accidental damage, loss and everyday wear fall outside the warranty, so we recommend adding your creation to your home insurance.
Repairs and adjustments
Every ring includes one complimentary resize, where technically feasible. For any other repair or adjustment, please contact us and we will arrange it.
