Bespoke

Sourced for you. Designed with you.

A bespoke commission begins with a conversation about you, the way you live and the moment you want to mark. We then source natural diamonds and gemstones to suit, and design a creation around them, with Danielle guiding you at every step.

The Bespoke Process

Every creation begins with the stone.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A private appointment in London or by video. We discuss the vision, the budget and the timeline.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

We source a curated selection of natural stones to your brief, drawing on our trade relationships. A non-refundable £300 sourcing fee begins the search and is credited toward your commission.

  3. 03

    Design

Once you have secured your stone with full payment, the design begins. Every detail is developed to the exact dimensions of your stone. We refine proportion, setting and metal until the design is right.

  4. 04

    CAD

A 3D render shows every angle. A printed wax model is available on request. Nothing is made until you approve.

  5. 05

    Crafting

Once the render is approved and the setting is paid, your creation is handmade by our master craftsmen.

  6. 06

    Presentation

Final inspection, then presentation in person or by insured delivery. Your creation arrives with its care guidance and, for stones of 1ct and above, its independent grading report.

Questions

How long does a bespoke commission take?

Most creations take 10-12 weeks from first consultation to presentation. Designs of particular complexity, or rare stones, may take a little longer. We will confirm your timeline before work begins.

How do payments work?

In three stages. A £300 sourcing fee begins the search. The fee is non-refundable, and is credited toward your commission. Your chosen stone is then secured with full payment before the design begins. The setting is paid once you approve the CAD render, before crafting begins.

Can I make changes to the design?

Of course. Changes are welcome throughout the design and CAD stages. Once you approve the final render, production begins, and any further changes may affect the timeline and cost.
