Bring your jewelry to a private appointment, or begin by sharing photographs with your inquiry.

Assessment
We examine each stone and its setting, so you know exactly what you are working with.

Direction
We propose options: resetting a stone, remodeling a design, or bringing stones together in an entirely new creation.

CAD
The chosen direction is refined and rendered in 3D. Nothing is made until you approve.

Crafting and Return
Your creation is handmade by our master craftsmen and returned to you with its care guidance.
Questions
Can you use stones from jewelry I already own?
Yes. Our heritage resets give inherited or unworn jewelry a new life. We assess the jewelry and its stones first, then propose directions for you to consider.
Will you examine my stones before recommending a design?
Always. Every stone is examined before we propose a direction, so you know exactly what you are working with.
Can I make changes to the design?
Of course. Changes are welcome throughout the design and CAD stages. Once you approve the final render, production begins, and any further changes may affect the timeline and cost.
